  • Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

🖥️ Digital Products (e.g., website design, thumbnails, business cards)

  • Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
  • However, if you face any issues with your digital order, please reach out to us at support@charlenz.shop, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

📦 Physical Products (e.g., books, study accessories, household items)

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Some items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care, intimate, or sanitary items

  • Downloadable software or gift cards


⚠️ Important: Affiliate and Supplier-Based Products

We do not stock or ship most physical items ourselves. If your purchase was made through one of our affiliate partners or third-party suppliers:

  • Do not send the product back to us.

    We’ll coordinate with the supplier and provide the correct return instructions.


💰 Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected (by the supplier or authorized party), we will notify you regarding your refund status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.

⏱️ Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted.

🔄 Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@charlenz.shop to initiate an exchange process.


🎁 Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit upon approved return.


📮 Shipping Returns

If you’re instructed to return an item:

  • You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping cost (unless otherwise specified).

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
