Genesis
The Book of Beginnings — 4 Foundational Miracles
God spoke — and from absolute nothing the entire universe came into existence. Light, sky, land, sea, sun, moon, stars, plants, animals and finally mankind — all created in six days by the spoken word of God alone. No raw material. No tools. No assistance. Just the voice of the Almighty.
God is not limited by what already exists. He creates from nothing. He does not need resources, connections or circumstances to be favourable. When God decides to act — He speaks and it is done. He is the God of ex nihilo — out of nothing.
Whatever impossible situation you are facing — remember it started with nothing and God still created something glorious. Your empty bank account, your barren womb, your dead relationship, your broken health — NOTHING is too empty for the God who created everything from nothing. He is still speaking worlds into existence! ✝️
Creator God, You made everything from nothing — and I trust You to create something beautiful from the empty and broken places in my life. Speak Your word over my situation today. In Jesus' name, Amen!
God saw the wickedness of mankind and determined to judge the earth with a flood — but found one righteous man, Noah. He gave Noah precise instructions to build an ark, gathered two of every creature, preserved Noah's family through 40 days and nights of rain, and made a covenant with a rainbow never to flood the earth again.
God sees the individual in the crowd. While the whole world was corrupt, God found Noah. God preserves the faithful through judgment. He does not abandon His own — He makes a way of escape. And when the storm is over, He seals His promise with colour in the sky!
When the storms of life seem overwhelming — when everyone around you seems to be swept away by wrong choices — God sees YOU. He has an ark for you. He has a way of escape. And when your flood is over He will seal His covenant faithfulness with His own rainbow of promise over your life. ✝️
Lord, when the storms of life surround me, remind me that I am in Your ark — held safe in Your hands. Thank You that You always provide a way through and a promise when it is over. Amen!
Sarah was 90 years old, Abraham was 100, and both had been barren their entire lives. Yet God had promised them a son. At the appointed time — 25 years after the promise was first given — God visited Sarah and she conceived. Isaac was born and Sarah laughed for joy.
God is not bound by biology or by time. A 90-year-old womb is not too old for God. A 25-year wait does not mean God has forgotten. He is the God who keeps every promise — even when keeping it requires overriding the laws of nature. And God's timing is always perfect.
Are you waiting for a promise God gave you — a child, a healing, a breakthrough, a restored relationship? Sarah waited 25 years! But God remembered. God kept His word. His timing felt impossibly late to Sarah but was perfectly on time in heaven. Your promise has not expired. Your womb of hope is not too old. ✝️
Father God, I thank You that You remember every promise You have made to me. When the waiting feels too long and the dream feels too old, remind me of Sarah and renew my hope. In Jesus' name, Amen!
There was a severe famine in the land. God told Isaac to stay in Gerar and not flee to Egypt. Isaac obeyed, sowed seed in that same year of famine, and reaped a hundredfold harvest. The LORD blessed him and he became exceedingly great — until his enemies envied him.
God can produce supernatural harvest in the very season that everyone else is suffering famine. Obedience in the wrong season produces miracle results. Isaac did not sow when the conditions were ideal — he sowed in famine because God said so. The blessing came FROM obedience not FROM favourable circumstances.
Are you in a season of lack, economic drought or financial pressure? God is saying — sow here, stay here, trust here. Do not run to Egypt — do not abandon your post in fear. Obey God in the famine and watch Him produce your 100-fold harvest while others around you go without. Your season of lack can become your season of greatest increase! ✝️
Lord, give me the faith of Isaac to sow in famine, stay in my place and trust You for a 100-fold harvest. Let my obedience in this dry season produce a miracle of increase for Your glory. Amen!
Exodus
From Egypt to the Promised Land — 7 Supernatural Miracles
Moses was tending sheep in the wilderness — an 80-year-old fugitive who had given up on his calling — when he saw a bush blazing with fire that was not consumed. He turned aside to look and God spoke to him from the bush, calling him to lead Israel out of Egypt.
God meets us in our ordinary moments, in our wilderness seasons, in the place where we feel forgotten and finished. The bush was not a palace — it was a desert shrub. Moses was not a prince anymore — he was a shepherd. God chooses the ordinary and the overlooked to accomplish the extraordinary.
Maybe you feel like Moses — past your prime, in your own wilderness, having given up on the dream God once placed in you. But God's burning bush can appear anywhere — even in the most mundane and forgotten seasons of your life. Turn aside when something captures your attention in your spirit. God may be calling you out of retirement! ✝️
Lord, open my eyes to see the burning bushes in my ordinary life — the moments where You are speaking to me in unexpected places. Renew my calling and my courage today. Amen!
When Pharaoh refused to release Israel, God sent ten escalating plagues upon Egypt — water to blood, frogs, gnats, flies, livestock disease, boils, hail, locusts, darkness, and finally the death of every firstborn. Each plague targeted a specific Egyptian god, demonstrating that YHWH alone is God over all creation.
God is not intimidated by earthly power. The most powerful empire on earth — with the mightiest army, the greatest wealth and the most feared ruler — was helpless before the word of God. No Pharaoh, no government, no power on earth can hold God's people captive when God decides to set them free.
Whatever is holding you captive — addiction, fear, a toxic situation, an impossible circumstance — it is no more powerful against God than Pharaoh was. God defeated the greatest empire on earth to free His people. He will dismantle whatever is standing between you and your freedom. The same God who sent ten plagues is fighting for you today! ✝️
God of the Exodus, You are more powerful than any force that holds me captive. Stretch out Your hand over my Egypt today and set me free — completely and permanently. In Jesus' name, Amen!
Three days after the miracle of the Red Sea, Israel arrived at Marah — but the water was bitter and undrinkable. The people complained bitterly to Moses. God showed Moses a piece of wood, which he threw into the water, and the bitter water became sweet. There God revealed His name: Jehovah-Rapha — the LORD who heals.
God can take what is bitter in your life and make it sweet. The wood thrown into the water at Marah was a picture of the cross of Christ — the instrument through which every bitterness in our lives can be transformed into sweetness. God's answer to bitterness is always the cross.
What is the bitter water in your life right now? A bitter disappointment, a bitter relationship, a bitter memory, a bitter loss? God has not brought you this far to leave you at Marah. He is Jehovah-Rapha — the God who heals bitter water. Bring your bitterness to the cross and watch Him turn it sweet! ✝️
Jehovah-Rapha, You are the God who heals every bitterness. I bring to You today every bitter memory, every bitter wound and every bitter disappointment. Throw Your cross into my bitter water and make it sweet again. Amen!
With Pharaoh's army behind them and the Red Sea before them, Israel had no escape. Moses stretched out his hand over the sea and God drove the sea back with a strong east wind all night, making dry ground appear. Israel walked through on dry land with walls of water on both sides. When Egypt followed, the waters returned and the army was destroyed.
God specialises in impossible situations. When there is no way forward, no way back and no way around — God makes a way through. He parts seas. He makes a road where there is no road. And the very thing the enemy uses to pursue you becomes the thing that destroys him.
What is your Red Sea today — the impossible situation that has you trapped between what is chasing you and what seems uncrossable? God is about to part it. Your job is not to figure out HOW He will do it — your job is to move forward in faith. He will make the way through just in time! ✝️
Lord God, the Red Sea is before me and I cannot cross it in my own strength. I trust You to part it. I step forward in faith today. Make a way where there seems to be no way — for Your glory and my salvation. Amen!
In the wilderness of Sin, Israel had no food. God heard their hunger and sent manna — a fine, flake-like substance that appeared on the ground each morning with the dew. For 40 years, six days a week, God provided this supernatural bread from heaven for over two million people without fail.
God provides daily. Not monthly, not annually — DAILY. He gave enough for each day and taught His people to trust Him for tomorrow. Jesus called Himself the true Bread from heaven (John 6:35) — the fulfilment of the manna. God's provision is unfailing, faithful and always perfectly sufficient.
Whatever your daily need is — physical, financial, emotional, spiritual — God is the God of daily manna. He has never missed a morning. He has never run out of supply. His mercies are new every morning and so is His provision. Do not hoard in fear. Trust the One who kept manna coming for 40 years! ✝️
Provider God, I trust You for my daily bread — financial, physical and spiritual. You have never failed me yet and You never will. Thank You that Your supply never runs out. In Jesus' name, Amen!
At Rephidim, Israel was desperately thirsty and quarrelling with Moses. God told Moses to strike the rock at Horeb with his staff, and when Moses did, water gushed out abundantly for the entire nation — over two million people and their livestock. Paul reveals in 1 Corinthians 10:4 that the rock was Christ.
Christ is the Rock from whom living water flows. When the Rock was struck — when Jesus was crucified — rivers of living water were released for all who believe. God provides abundantly and supernaturally from the most unlikely sources. What looks like a dead rock can become a river of life!
Are you thirsty today — spiritually dry, emotionally depleted, relationally parched? Come to the Rock. Jesus said — if anyone is thirsty let them come to me and drink (John 7:37). The water that flows from Him never runs dry. Your desert season is not your permanent address. Rivers are coming! ✝️
Lord Jesus, Rock of Ages — I am thirsty today. I come to You for living water that satisfies the deepest needs of my soul. Let rivers flow in my desert. Fill me afresh today. Amen!
As Israel journeyed through the wilderness, God went ahead of them in a pillar of cloud by day to guide their way, and a pillar of fire by night to give them light. Neither the cloud by day nor the pillar of fire by night left its place in front of the people.
God provides constant, personal, visible guidance. He never sent Israel into the wilderness with directions and left them to navigate alone. He went WITH them — every step, every day, every night. His guidance is not occasional — it is continuous. He is always ahead of His people, always leading, never abandoning.
You are not navigating life alone. The same God who guided Israel with fire and cloud guides you by His Holy Spirit — who is described in Acts 2 as tongues of fire! He who leads you does not sleep. He who guides you does not lose His way. Look up from your map and follow the cloud! ✝️
Holy Spirit, be my pillar of fire and my pillar of cloud today. Lead me clearly, guide me surely and light my way in every dark season. I choose to follow Your lead and not my own. Amen!
Numbers
Two Miracles — God Speaks Through Donkeys and Lifts Up Salvation!
Balaam, a pagan prophet hired to curse Israel, was riding his donkey when the angel of the LORD blocked their path. The donkey saw the angel and turned aside three times. When Balaam beat the donkey in frustration, God opened the donkey's mouth and it spoke — rebuking the prophet! Then God opened Balaam's eyes to see the angel.
God can use ANY instrument to speak His truth and protect His people — even a donkey! He will go to extraordinary lengths to warn, guide and protect those He loves. No barrier, no blindness and no hired enemy can ultimately succeed against the people of God.
Has God been trying to get your attention through unexpected and seemingly insignificant means — a friend's offhand comment, a passage of Scripture that keeps appearing, a persistent inner prompting? Sometimes God sends a donkey! Do not be too proud or too busy to hear what He is saying through unlikely sources. ✝️
Lord, open my ears to hear Your voice — even when You speak through unexpected sources. Give me a humble spirit that recognises Your guidance in any form it comes. In Jesus' name, Amen!
Israel sinned and God sent venomous snakes that bit the people and many died. When they repented, God told Moses to make a bronze serpent and lift it on a pole. Everyone who had been bitten could look at the bronze serpent and live — instantly healed.
God provides a way of salvation that requires only one thing — looking in faith. The bitten Israelite did not have to earn healing or work for it. They simply had to look at the lifted serpent. Jesus Himself used this miracle to describe His own death on the cross (John 3:14-15) — look to Him and live!
Are you bitten by the snake of sin, of despair, of sickness, of addiction, of fear? The answer is the same as it was in the wilderness — look to Jesus, lifted up on the cross! Not work harder. Not perform better. Just LOOK. Fix your eyes on Jesus — the author and perfecter of your faith — and receive your healing right now! ✝️
Jesus, I look to You now — lifted up on the cross for me. I am bitten and wounded by life but Your salvation is my healing. I fix my eyes on You today and receive Your life, Your grace and Your wholeness. Amen!
Joshua
Entering the Promised Land — 3 Impossible Miracles
At harvest season — when the Jordan was at its highest and fastest flood stage — God told Israel to step into the river. When the priests carrying the ark stepped into the swirling water, the river stopped flowing and stood up in a heap upstream. Israel crossed on completely dry ground.
God does not wait for ideal conditions before He acts. The Jordan was at its highest and most dangerous — and that is exactly when God parted it. He goes before us into our most impossible situations. And the miracle happened not before the priests stepped in — but the moment they stepped in. Faith precedes the miracle.
Is God calling you to step into something that feels impossible, risky and completely beyond your ability? The river will not stop BEFORE you step in — it will stop AS you step in. God is looking for the step of faith. Take it. The miracle is waiting on the other side of your obedience! ✝️
Lord, give me the faith of the priests who stepped into the flooding Jordan. I step forward in obedience today — trusting You to stop the river as I move. I will not wait for conditions to be perfect. I step NOW. Amen!
God commanded Israel to march around the fortified city of Jericho once a day for six days — in silence. On the seventh day they marched around seven times, the priests blew the trumpets, the people shouted — and the massive walls of Jericho collapsed flat. Israel took the city without conventional warfare.
God's battle strategies make no military sense — because He does not need military sense. He fights with praise, worship, obedience and faith. The walls of Jericho fell not because of Israel's weapons but because of their worship. God brings down what man builds up — when His people obey His seemingly strange instructions.
What is the Jericho wall in your life — the impenetrable obstacle that has stood for years, mocking your progress? God may be asking you to worship and march rather than fight and strategise. Your praise is not an optional extra — it is the weapon that brings down walls. Keep marching. Keep worshipping. The wall WILL fall on God's timetable! ✝️
God of Jericho, I bring my walls before You today — walls that seem immovable and unbreakable. I choose to worship instead of worry, to praise instead of panic. Bring down every wall that stands between me and Your purpose. Amen!
During a critical battle, Joshua prayed for more daylight to complete the victory. He boldly commanded — in the sight of all Israel — Sun, stand still over Gibeon! And the sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed setting for about a full day. There was no day like it before or since.
God controls the entire universe — including time itself. He stopped the sun for Joshua because one man prayed a bold, specific, faith-filled prayer in a moment of desperate need. God answers audacious prayers. He is not put off by the size of the request — He is moved by the boldness of the faith behind it.
Are you running out of time — for a project, a deadline, a relationship, a season? God can give you more time. He can make minutes stretch, connections arrive at exactly the right moment and doors open when they should have closed. Pray boldly for what you need. God stopped the sun for Joshua. What will He do for you? ✝️
Lord of time and creation, You stopped the sun for Joshua. I ask You to stretch my time, multiply my hours and make way for the miraculous in my seemingly impossible situation. I pray boldly — knowing You are able! Amen!
Judges & 1 Samuel
From Weakness to Victory — 3 Miracles of Grace
God called Gideon — the least in his family, from the weakest clan — to deliver Israel from the Midianites. Gideon asked God for confirmation: he put out a fleece of wool and asked God to make it wet with dew while the ground around it stayed dry. God did exactly that. Gideon then asked for the reverse — and God did that too.
God is patient with His insecure and doubting servants. He does not reject Gideon for wanting confirmation — He gives it. God meets us where we are. He knows our weaknesses and our fears and He graciously confirms His call. And then He used Gideon's army of 300 to defeat an army of thousands!
Do you need confirmation of what God has called you to? Ask Him! He is not offended by honest questions from honest hearts. He confirmed His call to Moses at the burning bush, to Gideon with the fleece and to Mary through the angel. He WANTS you to know your calling. Ask — and He will make it clear! ✝️
Father, I am like Gideon — small, fearful and unsure. Confirm Your call on my life and give me the courage to step into it. Let me be used by You beyond my natural ability to Your supernatural glory. Amen!
Samson — blinded, humiliated and chained in a Philistine prison — cried out to God one final time. Placed between the pillars of the temple of Dagon, he prayed for strength one more time, pushed with all his might and the building collapsed — killing more enemies in his death than he had in his entire life.
God's grace reaches into our lowest moments — our prison seasons, our blinded and broken places. Samson's greatest victory came from his greatest failure, at the very end of his life. God redeems even the most flawed and broken servants. No failure disqualifies you permanently from being used by God!
Have you failed badly? Has your Delilah — whatever weakness or temptation took you down — brought you to a place of shame, blindness and captivity? God can still use you. Samson's finest hour was his last hour. Your story is not over. Cry out to God and He will give you strength to do more in your broken state than you did in your strongest! ✝️
God of grace, like Samson I have made mistakes and paid the price. But I cry out to You now — remember me! Give me strength one more time to accomplish Your purposes and bring glory to Your name. Amen!
Hannah was barren and bitterly distressed. Year after year she prayed at the temple, weeping and pouring out her soul before God. She vowed that if God gave her a son she would give him back to God. God remembered Hannah and she conceived and bore Samuel — who became the greatest prophet of his generation.
God hears every prayer prayed in tears. Hannah's prayer looked like emotional breakdown to Eli the priest — but it looked like intercession to God. He is moved by desperate, persistent, surrendered prayer. And what Hannah gave to God — Samuel — God used to transform a nation.
Are you like Hannah — carrying a burden so heavy that your prayer looks like weeping? God sees every tear. Not one drop falls without His notice (Psalm 56:8). Pour out your soul before Him exactly as Hannah did. And when He answers — give the answer back to Him. What you surrender to God becomes a blessing to generations! ✝️
God who heard Hannah, hear me too. I pour out my soul before You today with all my longing, all my pain and all my hope. You are the God who opens barren wombs and answers desperate prayers. Remember me, Lord. Amen!
1 & 2 Kings
Nine Miracles of Elijah & Elisha — Provision, Healing, Resurrection & Fire!
After pronouncing a drought on Israel, Elijah was commanded by God to hide by the Kerith brook. God sent ravens — unclean birds in Jewish law — to bring him bread and meat morning and evening. He drank from the brook until it dried up. God provided miraculously through the most unlikely of carriers.
God is not limited by what is natural, logical or conventional. He used birds that were ceremonially unclean to feed His prophet. He will use any means, any channel and any instrument to provide for those who are in His will. His creativity in provision has no limits — He is Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides!
Are you in a season where your usual sources of provision have dried up — your job, your income, your support network? God knows exactly where you are. He has already despatched His ravens. They may come through unexpected people, unexpected opportunities or unexpected sources — but they ARE coming. Do not despise the unusual delivery! ✝️
Jehovah Jireh, You sent ravens to feed Elijah. I trust You to provide for me through whatever channel You choose. My eyes are open for Your unexpected provision today. In Jesus' name, Amen!
During the severe famine, Elijah found a widow preparing her last meal for herself and her son — after which she expected to die. Elijah asked her to feed him first and trust God. She obeyed in extraordinary faith. From that day her jar of flour was never empty and her jug of oil never ran dry — throughout the entire famine.
God multiplies what we surrender to Him first. The widow's miracle did not begin until she gave her last. Giving from nothing requires the deepest faith — and attracts the greatest miracles. God does not ask for our abundance; He asks for our willingness to trust Him with our last. When we do — He makes our last become endless.
What is your last meal — the last resource, the last ounce of strength, the last drop of hope you are clinging to? God may be asking you to offer it to Him first. Not to take it from you — but to multiply it beyond what you can imagine. The widow's flour fed her family through an entire famine. What will God do with your surrender? ✝️
Lord, like the widow I give You my last and I trust You to multiply it. I surrender my fear of running out and I trust in Your inexhaustible supply. Fill my jar and my jug to overflowing. In Jesus' name, Amen!
The widow's son became ill and died. She cried out to Elijah in anguish. Elijah took the boy upstairs, stretched himself out on the child three times and cried to God — and the boy's life returned to him. He was alive. Elijah carried him down and gave him back to his mother.
God is the Lord of life and death. No situation is so final, so hopeless or so dead that God cannot breathe life back into it. Elijah did not just pray from a distance — he pressed in, stretched himself out repeatedly, and kept crying to God until the answer came. Persistent, passionate, personal intercession moves the heart of God.
Is there something in your life that seems completely dead — a dream, a relationship, a ministry, a body, a prodigal child? Do not let what looks like death have the final word. Take it to God with the passion of Elijah — stretch yourself out before God in prayer. He who raised this boy can raise what is dead in your life! ✝️
God of resurrection, I bring before You what seems dead and finished in my life. I stretch myself out in prayer and I cry to You — let life return! You are not limited by death. Breathe Your life into my situation today. In Jesus' name, Amen!
Elijah challenged 450 prophets of Baal to a contest on Mount Carmel — each side would call on their god to send fire. The prophets of Baal cried out all day — nothing. Elijah repaired the altar, drenched it with water three times, then prayed a simple, confident prayer. Fire fell from heaven, consumed the sacrifice, the water, the wood, the stones and even the dust.
The God who answers by fire — He is God! Elijah's prayer was calm, confident and short while the false prophets screamed all day. The true God does not need volume or performance. He responds to simple, faith-filled prayer from a heart in right relationship with Him. And when He acts — there is no half measure. Fire that consumes water, stones and dust!
Have you been praying and wondering why heaven seems silent while all around you the noise of the world is deafening? Elijah did not compete with the noise of the false prophets. He waited for his moment, prayed with confidence and watched God do what no amount of performance could produce. Your quiet, confident prayer carries more power than you know! ✝️
God who answers by fire, I call on You today with simple, confident faith. You do not need my performance — You just need my trust. Fall fresh on my situation today and let the whole world know that You alone are God! In Jesus' name, Amen!
After the great victory on Carmel, Elijah fled in fear and exhaustion. God met him under a tree and fed him, then told him to stand on the mountain. A great wind tore the mountains apart. An earthquake shook the ground. Fire blazed — but God was not in any of these. After the fire came a still small voice — a gentle whisper — and God spoke to Elijah in it.
God is not always in the earthquake, wind or fire of our dramatic experiences. Often His most intimate, most personal, most life-changing words come in the whisper — in the quiet after the storm, in the hush after the crisis. He meets exhausted, frightened servants not with rebuke but with rest, food and a gentle voice. He is the God of the whisper!
Are you so busy waiting for the dramatic — the earthquake of provision, the fire of breakthrough — that you are missing the still small voice that is speaking to you right now? God wants to whisper to you. Turn off the noise. Find your quiet place. Eat, rest, and listen. His still small voice will say more in one moment than a thousand storms. ✝️
Lord, in the noise and busyness of my life, help me to hear Your still small voice. Slow me down. Quiet my heart. I come to You not for the earthquake or the fire but for the whisper. Speak, Lord — Your servant is listening. Amen!
A widow cried to Elisha — her husband had died, she had debts and creditors were coming to take her two sons as slaves. Elisha asked what she had. One small jar of oil. He told her to collect every empty jar she could find and pour from her one jar into all the others. She poured — and the oil kept flowing until every jar was full. She sold the oil, paid her debts and lived on the rest.
God starts with what you have and multiplies it to meet every need. The oil only stopped flowing when she ran out of jars — meaning the only limit was how many empty vessels she was willing to bring! God's supply is not the limitation. Our capacity to receive is. The widow who brought more jars would have received more oil. Bring all your empty places before God!
What empty vessels do you have — empty finances, empty relationships, empty dreams, empty years? God says bring them ALL. Do not hide your emptiness from Him — bring it to Him! The more empty you bring the more He fills. He is not repelled by your emptiness — He is drawn to it. He fills empty things! ✝️
God of multiplication, I bring You all my empty jars — every empty and depleted place in my life. Fill them Lord! You are not limited by how little I have. You are only limited by how much I bring to You. I bring everything. Fill me to overflowing. In Jesus' name, Amen!
Naaman was commander of Syria's army — powerful, decorated, respected — and a leper. A little Israelite slave girl pointed him to Elisha. He came with horses and chariots expecting a dramatic ceremony. Elisha sent a messenger without even meeting him — just instructions to dip seven times in the Jordan. Naaman was furious. His servants persuaded him to obey. He dipped seven times — and his flesh was restored like a little child's. Completely healed.
God's methods often offend our pride before they heal our condition. Naaman expected a performance matching his status. God gave him a muddy river and simple obedience. The healing was not in the river — it was in the humility. God resists the proud and gives grace to the humble. The most powerful healing often comes through the simplest obedience.
Has God been speaking to you about something simple — a step of obedience, a simple act of humility, forgiving someone, returning to a habit of prayer — that your pride has been resisting? Your Jordan river is waiting. It may feel beneath you, too simple, too undignified. But your breakthrough is on the other side of your seventh dip. Obey! ✝️
Lord, I humble myself before You today. Forgive me for the times my pride has resisted Your simple instructions. I choose to dip in whatever Jordan You have asked me to dip in — all seven times. I trust Your way even when it does not look like what I expected. Heal me completely. In Jesus' name, Amen!
A young prophet was cutting down trees when his borrowed axe head flew off the handle and sank into the Jordan river. He cried out in distress — it was borrowed! Elisha asked where it fell, cut a stick and threw it in at that spot — and the iron axe head floated to the surface. He told the man to pick it up.
God cares about the small things — the borrowed tools, the everyday losses, the seemingly trivial problems that feel enormous to us. He did not consider an axe head too small for a miracle. There is no problem too minor to bring to God, no loss too small for His attention, no worry too ordinary for His care. He is a God of detail!
Is there something in your life that feels too small or too trivial to bother God with — a lost item, a small financial need, a minor relationship friction, a daily frustration? Nothing is too small for the God who made every atom of creation. He knows every hair on your head. He cares about your axe head. Take EVERYTHING to Him! ✝️
Father, thank You that nothing in my life is too small for Your attention. I bring You today not just my big problems but my small ones too — every worry, every loss, every frustration. You are God of the axe head. Restore what is lost. In Jesus' name, Amen!
A wealthy Shunammite woman had shown hospitality to Elisha. He prophesied that she — who was barren — would have a son. The promise was fulfilled and the child was born. Years later the boy fell ill and died in his mother's lap. She rode urgently to find Elisha, who came and lay on the child — eyes to eyes, hands to hands, mouth to mouth — and the child sneezed seven times and opened his eyes.
God who gives the promise protects the promise. He gave the Shunammite a son by miracle — and He was not going to let death cancel His own gift. Elisha's approach — intimate, personal, pressing in fully — shows us that resurrection prayer is not a casual transaction. It is full, passionate engagement. God raised this child He had promised.
Has something died that God Himself promised you? A marriage He said He would restore? A child He said He would save? A ministry He called you to? The God who gave the promise has not cancelled it. Press in like Elisha — bring your whole self, your whole faith and your whole prayer before God. What God promises He protects — even through death! ✝️
Lord, You gave the promise and I trust You to fulfil it — even when what You promised seems dead. I press in with all I have. Restore what You ordained. Let the child of Your promise open its eyes and live again. In Jesus' name, Amen!

Two Furnace-and-Den Miracles — God in the Fire, God in the Lions' Den!
Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refused to bow to Nebuchadnezzar's golden statue and were thrown into a furnace heated seven times hotter than normal — so hot it killed the soldiers who threw them in. But the king looked into the fire and saw not three men but four — and the fourth looked like a son of the gods. They came out without a single hair singed, without the smell of smoke, with not even their clothing affected.
Jesus goes INTO the fire with His people. He does not always remove the furnace — but He always enters it with you. The three men came out with NO smell of smoke — the fire that was meant to destroy them touched nothing that truly belonged to them. It only burned their ropes! The very thing that bound them was destroyed by the fire meant to destroy THEM.
Are you in a fiery furnace right now — a trial so intense it feels like it should be destroying you? Look for the fourth man. Jesus is in your fire with you. And notice — the only thing the furnace burns is what binds you. Your chains are coming off in this fire. What was meant to destroy you is destroying your limitations! ✝️
Lord Jesus, be the fourth man in my fire today. I will not bow to fear or compromise. Walk with me through this furnace and let the only thing the fire destroys be the ropes that have held me back. In Your name, Amen!
Daniel prayed three times daily regardless of a royal decree forbidding it. His enemies had him thrown into a den of lions. But God sent His angel and shut the lions' mouths — not one touched Daniel. He was brought out without any wound because he had trusted in his God. His accusers were thrown in and the lions overpowered them immediately.
God protects those whose only crime is faithfulness. Daniel did not end up in the lions' den because he sinned — he ended up there because he PRAYED. His faithfulness was the very thing his enemies used against him. Yet God turned the lions' den into his greatest testimony. The very trap set for Daniel became the platform that proclaimed God's glory to an entire empire.
Are you being targeted, accused or penalised because of your faithfulness to God — at work, in your family, in your community? Daniel's lions' den became his greatest promotion. Keep praying three times a day regardless of what decrees are being issued against you. God has already shut the mouth of every lion in your den! ✝️
God of Daniel, shut the mouths of every lion arrayed against me. I will keep praying — morning, noon and night — regardless of what decrees surround me. What is meant to be my den will become my testimony. In Jesus' name, Amen!
Jonah
The Miracle of the Great Fish — No Pit Too Deep for God's Rescue!
Jonah ran from God's call, boarded a ship and was thrown overboard in a storm. God appointed a great fish to swallow him. In the belly of the fish — in utter darkness and near death — Jonah prayed. After three days and three nights, God commanded the fish and it vomited Jonah onto dry land. Jesus later used this exact miracle as a sign of His own death and resurrection (Matthew 12:40).
There is no place so dark, so deep, so far from shore that God cannot find you and bring you back. Jonah ran as far as a person can run — and God was already there waiting in the belly of the fish. The fish was not a punishment. It was a rescue! And in the darkest, most undignified place of his life Jonah prayed — and God answered.
Have you been running from something God has called you to? Have you ended up in your own fish — a situation so dark and enclosed you cannot see any way out? That fish is not the end of your story. It is the turning point. Pray from where you are — however dark, however deep. God will command your fish to bring you back to dry land and your calling! ✝️
Lord, even from the belly of my fish I cry to You! I am done running. I surrender to Your call. Command this situation to release me and set my feet on dry ground again. I will go where You send me. In Jesus' name, Amen!

Ten Miracles of Jesus — The Same Yesterday, Today and Forever!
At a wedding in Cana, the wine ran out — a social disaster in that culture. Mary told Jesus and His servants to do whatever He said. Jesus told the servants to fill six stone water jars to the brim with water and draw some out for the master of the banquet. The water had become wine — and the best wine came last.
Jesus saves the best for last. The master of the banquet marvelled that the best wine had been kept until the end — opposite to the world's way which gives the best first and the worst last. Jesus turns ordinary water — plain, common, unremarkable — into something extraordinary. And He does it through simple obedience: fill the jars, draw it out, take it.
Do you feel like you are in the middle or latter part of your life and the best has already passed? Jesus says the BEST wine comes LAST! Your latter years, your latter season, your latter chapter — God has reserved His finest miracle for this moment. Simply fill your jars with what you have in obedience — and watch what He turns it into! ✝️
Jesus, You saved the best wine for last. I trust You that my best days are not behind me. Take my ordinary water — my ordinary life, my ordinary obedience — and turn it into Your extraordinary. The best is still to come! In Your name, Amen!
A leper came and knelt before Jesus saying — Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean. Jesus reached out His hand and TOUCHED the man — something no one had done in years, perhaps decades, for lepers were untouchable. And He said: I am willing. Be clean! Immediately the leprosy left him and he was healed.
Jesus is always willing. The leper doubted not His ability but His willingness — and Jesus answered that doubt first. Before the healing came the touch — the touch that no one else would give. Jesus goes to the untouchable, the outcaste, the rejected, the unclean. He does not heal from a distance. He reaches out His hand and TOUCHES us right where we are.
Do you feel untouchable — by your past, by your sin, by your condition, by your reputation? Jesus is reaching out His hand to you right now. His first word is not a command or a condition. His first word is a TOUCH. He is not repelled by where you have been or what you carry. I am willing — be clean! Receive His touch today. ✝️
Lord Jesus, I come to You like the leper — uncertain of my worthiness but certain of Your power. Touch me today! I receive Your willingness. Let every unclean thing in my life be cleansed right now by the touch of Your hand. In Your name, Amen!
Five thousand men — plus women and children, possibly 15,000-20,000 people — were hungry in a deserted place with no food nearby. A boy had five small loaves and two fish. Jesus took them, gave thanks, and distributed them. Everyone ate until they were completely full — and twelve baskets of leftovers were collected afterwards.
In Jesus' hands, your little becomes more than enough for the multitude. The disciples wanted to send the people away — their solution to lack was dismissal. Jesus' solution to lack is multiplication. He never sends away the hungry. He always asks — what do you have? Bring it to Me. Give thanks and distribute. And the miracle happens in the giving, not the receiving.
Whatever small thing you are holding — a small gift, a small resource, a small idea, a small measure of faith — do not despise it or hide it because it seems insufficient. Bring it to Jesus. Let Him give thanks over it. Then distribute it. The multiplication happens in the breaking and the sharing — not in the holding. Your little in His hands feeds multitudes! ✝️
Lord Jesus, I give You my five loaves and two fish — everything I have, however small it seems. Give thanks over it and multiply it for Your purpose. Let what I offer in Your hands feed far more than I could ever accomplish on my own. In Your name, Amen!
Jesus came to the disciples walking on the Sea of Galilee in the middle of the night during a storm. Peter asked to come to Him on the water — Jesus said Come. Peter got out and walked on water toward Jesus. Then he looked at the waves, was afraid and began to sink. He cried Lord, save me! Immediately Jesus reached out His hand, caught him and they walked back to the boat together.
Jesus says COME to every person who wants to walk in the miraculous — and He catches every person who sinks in the trying. Peter is the only human being besides Jesus who ever walked on water. He walked on water because he got out of the boat! Those who stayed in the boat never sank — but they also never walked on water. And Jesus' immediate response to Peter's cry was an immediate hand — not a lecture.
What is the water God is calling you to walk on — the business, the ministry, the step of faith, the bold move? Get out of the boat! You may look at the waves and begin to sink. Cry Lord, save me! — and watch how immediately His hand reaches for you. Even your sinking moments are walking-on-water moments because Jesus is right there. ✝️
Lord Jesus, I hear You say COME. I am getting out of the boat today. When I look at the waves and begin to sink, I cry to You — Lord, save me! I trust Your hand is always reaching for mine. In Your name, Amen!
A woman who had suffered with bleeding for twelve years — spending everything on doctors, only getting worse — pressed through the crowd and touched the very edge of Jesus' garment. Immediately her bleeding stopped and she was healed. Jesus felt power go out from Him, turned and said: Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.
Desperate faith that reaches out and touches Jesus always receives a miracle. This woman was ceremonially unclean — she should not have been in the crowd at all. She had no appointment, no introduction, no right to approach. But she pressed through every obstacle with one thought — if I just touch His garment I will be healed. Jesus stopped an entire procession to honour her faith.
Have you been suffering for years — spending everything, trying everything, getting worse instead of better? Press through the crowd of doubt, the crowd of discouragement, the crowd of those who say it is too late. Just reach out and touch the hem of His garment — one touch of desperate faith. Jesus is never too busy to stop for you. He will turn and call you Daughter. Healed. At peace. ✝️
Jesus, I press through every obstacle today to reach You. I have been suffering long enough. I reach out in desperate faith and touch the hem of Your garment right now. Let Your healing power flow into me. Call me Your own. In Your name, Amen!
Blind Bartimaeus sat begging by the roadside when Jesus passed by. He cried out: Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me! The crowd told him to be quiet. He cried out all the MORE. Jesus stopped and called for him. He threw off his cloak and came to Jesus who asked: What do you want me to do for you? He said: Rabbi, I want to see. Immediately he received his sight.
Jesus stops for the one who will not be silenced by the crowd. The crowd told Bartimaeus to be quiet — but he shouted all the more. His persistence, his refusal to be quietened, his desperation — these are what made Jesus stop a whole procession. And when Jesus asked what he wanted, Bartimaeus was specific and clear: I want to see. Specific faith gets specific answers.
Who is telling you to be quiet — to stop praying for that healing, to stop asking for that miracle, to stop believing for that breakthrough? Shout all the louder! Throw off your cloak — your identity as a blind beggar — even before you have received the miracle. Come running when Jesus calls. And be specific when He asks: What do you want Me to do for you? ✝️
Jesus, Son of David — have mercy on me! I refuse to be silenced. I cry out more loudly than all the voices telling me to stop. And when You call me, I throw off every limiting identity and come running. What I want is clear: I want to SEE. In Your mighty name, Amen!
A man who had been blind from birth — forty years of darkness — was brought before Jesus. The disciples asked whose sin had caused it. Jesus said neither — he was born blind so that the works of God might be displayed in him. Jesus spat on the ground, made mud and put it on the man's eyes, told him to wash in the Pool of Siloam. He went, washed — and came home seeing.
God can turn forty years of darkness into a display of His glory in a moment. Forty years! The disciples looked at this man and saw a theological puzzle — whose sin? Jesus looked at him and saw an opportunity for God's glory. Your long suffering, your long waiting, your long darkness is not punishment — it is preparation for a display of God's glory that will silence every theological debate!
How long have you been in darkness — forty days, forty months, forty years? Jesus says your darkness is not a sign of God's judgement. It is the canvas He has been saving for His masterpiece. Obey whatever He tells you — however unusual. Go, wash. Do not wait to understand it. Just obey. And come home seeing! ✝️
Lord Jesus, I have been in darkness long enough. I refuse to believe it is punishment. I believe it is preparation for Your glory. I obey Your word today — however unusual. I go and wash in faith. Open my eyes! In Your mighty name, Amen!
Jesus was hungry and came to a fig tree with leaves but no fruit. He said: May you never bear fruit again! — and the tree withered immediately from the roots. The disciples were amazed. Jesus told them: If you have faith and do not doubt, you can say to this mountain — go throw yourself into the sea — and it will be done.
Jesus demonstrates the power of the spoken word of faith over the natural realm. The same mouth that spoke the universe into existence — the same Word that was in the beginning — speaks to trees, mountains, storms and situations. And Jesus tells His disciples: YOU have this authority too. Not just Me — YOU. Spoken, faith-filled words carry creative and destructive power.
What dead, fruitless, cursed thing in your life needs to hear the word of faith spoken over it? And what mountain — what seemingly immovable obstacle — needs to hear: move! You have been given this authority in the name of Jesus. Use your mouth not just to complain about the mountain but to SPEAK TO IT. Death and life are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21)! ✝️
Lord Jesus, teach me to use my mouth the way You used Yours — to speak to trees and mountains and situations with faith and authority. I speak to every fruitless, cursed thing in my life: wither! And I speak to every mountain blocking my path: move! In Jesus' name, Amen!
Lazarus — Jesus' dear friend — died while Jesus deliberately delayed coming. Four days in the tomb. The family wept. Jesus wept too. He went to the tomb, told them to roll away the stone, and prayed. Then He cried with a loud voice: Lazarus, come forth! — and the dead man came out still wrapped in his grave clothes. Jesus said: Loose him and let him go.
Jesus is the Resurrection and the Life — not just at the end of time but right now, in real time. Four days dead was beyond all hope in Jewish culture — after three days decomposition had begun. Jesus waited until it was impossible by every human standard. Then He acted. He does not just raise the recently departed — He raises what has been dead and buried and decaying for days. Nothing is too far gone!
What has been dead in your life so long that people — maybe even you — have already accepted it as gone? Four days. Grave clothes. Sealed stone. Jesus says: Roll away the stone. Open that sealed tomb. Call out what you have buried and given up on. His voice reaches into the place of decomposition and decay. What comes out is fully alive — and the grave clothes come off too! ✝️
Jesus, Resurrection and Life — I call out what I have buried and given up on. I roll away the stone of hopelessness and unbelief. Speak into my dead situation with Your resurrection voice. What comes out will be alive and free — for Your glory! In Your powerful name, Amen!
Jesus of Nazareth was crucified, died and was buried in a sealed tomb guarded by Roman soldiers. On the third day the stone was rolled away — not to let Jesus out but to let the witnesses in. He was not there. He is risen, as He said. Over 500 witnesses saw Him alive after His resurrection. He appeared over 40 days before ascending to heaven. This is the cornerstone miracle of all of human history.
The Resurrection is not merely a miracle — it is the proof that everything Jesus ever said was true. It is the guarantee of our own resurrection. It is the defeat of death, sin and Satan — publicly, historically and permanently. Paul says if Christ has not been raised our faith is futile — but Christ HAS been raised! The tomb is empty. Death is defeated. He is ALIVE!
The resurrection is not just a doctrine to believe — it is a power to live in! Paul prayed to know the power of His resurrection (Philippians 3:10). The same power that raised Jesus from the dead lives in you through the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:11). You are not living in your own strength — you are living in resurrection power. Walk like it today! ✝️
Risen Lord Jesus, I worship You — not a memory, not a teaching, not a symbol — but a living, reigning, returning King! Let the power of Your resurrection be alive in me today in every situation I face. Because You live — I live also. In Your victorious name, Amen!

Seven Miracles — The Holy Spirit Unleashed on the World!
Fifty days after the Resurrection, 120 believers were gathered in prayer in an upper room. Suddenly a sound like a mighty rushing wind filled the whole house. Tongues of fire appeared on each of them and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began speaking in other languages. Peter preached — and 3,000 people were saved in a single day.
The Holy Spirit is the miracle of all miracles — God Himself living inside ordinary people! Peter — who denied Jesus three times weeks earlier — preached with such power that 3,000 repented and were baptised in one sermon. The transformation was not in Peter's eloquence. It was in the power of the Holy Spirit. The same Spirit is available to every believer today!
You have been filled with the same Holy Spirit who transformed a frightened fisherman into a preacher who saved 3,000 in one day. You have the same resource. You may feel ordinary, inadequate, fearful. But wait in God's presence, be filled with His Spirit, and open your mouth — you do not know what harvest your words will produce! ✝️
Holy Spirit, fill me afresh today as You filled that upper room. Let me not grieve or quench You. Make me bold, make me clear, make me fruitful. Let the words of my mouth and the work of my hands produce a harvest beyond what I can calculate. In Jesus' name, Amen!
A man lame from birth — forty years of begging at the temple gate called Beautiful — asked Peter and John for money as they entered. Peter said: Silver and gold I do not have — but what I have I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, walk! He took him by the right hand and lifted him up. Immediately his feet and ankles became strong. He jumped to his feet and went walking, leaping and praising God into the temple!
The name of Jesus carries healing power that surpasses any material resource. Peter had no money — but he had something infinitely more valuable: the authority of the name of Jesus. Forty years of lameness — healed in an instant. The man asked for silver and received the ability to dance! God always gives us more than we ask for when His power is at work.
What are you sitting at the gate begging for — silver, gold, a human solution to your problem? God may have something far greater than what you are asking for. Peter had no silver but he had authority. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth — the same name available to you today — rise up! Whatever has kept you lame for years, take the hand of Jesus and walk! ✝️
Lord Jesus, I hear Peter's words as Your words to me today — in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise and walk! I take Your hand. I stand up. I will not beg at gates anymore. I go walking and leaping and praising God into my destiny! In Your name, Amen!
The early church moved in such extraordinary power that people brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that Peter's shadow might fall on them as he passed by. Crowds gathered from surrounding towns bringing the sick and those tormented by evil spirits — and ALL of them were healed.
The presence of God that rests on a consecrated life overflows without the person even trying. Peter was not performing miracles — he was walking down the street! The healing happened through his shadow. When a person is so filled with God's Spirit and so surrendered to God's purposes that even their shadow carries healing — that is the lifestyle of radical consecration. This is available to every Spirit-filled believer!
You do not need a platform or a microphone to carry God's presence. You carry it into your home, your workplace, your community simply by being filled with the Spirit. People around you should feel something different when you walk into the room — a peace, a love, a hope they cannot explain. Live so consecrated that your shadow changes the atmosphere! ✝️
Holy Spirit, fill me so completely that Your presence overflows from my life into every room I enter, every person I meet, every place I go. Let my very presence carry healing and hope — not because of who I am but because of WHO lives in me. In Jesus' name, Amen!
Paul and Silas had been beaten with rods and thrown into the inner prison with their feet in stocks — the most secure part of the jail. At midnight they were praying and singing hymns to God while the other prisoners listened. Suddenly a violent earthquake shook the prison, all the doors flew open and everyone's chains came loose. The jailer and his entire household were saved that night.
Midnight worship breaks chains and opens prison doors — not just for the worshippers but for everyone listening! Paul and Silas did not worship to get out of prison. They worshipped because God was worthy in prison. And the earthquake came not to punish the prison but to set it free. When God shakes a situation — everything that can be loosed is loosed!
What is your midnight season — your darkest hour, your feet in stocks, your most restricted and painful moment? Sing! Not because you feel like it. Not because the situation deserves a song. But because GOD deserves worship at midnight just as much as at noon. Your midnight song will shake the foundations of what is holding you captive. Worship opens chains! ✝️
Lord, at my midnight I choose to worship You! I will sing in my prison, praise in my pain and thank You in my darkest hour. Shake the foundations of everything that holds me captive. Open every door. Loose every chain — mine and everyone who is listening to my life! In Jesus' name, Amen!
As the religious council prepared to stone Stephen to death, he looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. He said: Look — I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God! He was stoned — and as he died he prayed: Lord Jesus, receive my spirit. Lord, do not hold this sin against them.
God gives supernatural vision in the darkest and most violent moments. Stephen was being murdered — and heaven opened for him. Jesus who is described throughout Scripture as seated at God's right hand was STANDING — as if rising to welcome His faithful servant home. God allowed Stephen to see what was invisible to his killers and what sustained him through the unsustainable.
When you face your most brutal and unjust circumstances — when people attack you for your faith, when the situation is completely out of your control — look UP. Heaven is open over you. Jesus is standing on your behalf. What your persecutors cannot see is sustaining you. And like Stephen, the grace you receive in your darkest moment will leave a testimony that transforms those who witness it. Saul of Tarsus was watching! ✝️
Lord Jesus, open the eyes of my spirit to see what Stephen saw — heaven open and You standing at God's right hand on my behalf. In my darkest moments let me see the unseen. And give me grace to forgive, as Stephen forgave, those who hurt me. In Your name, Amen!
Dorcas — a beloved disciple in Joppa known for her good works and care for the poor — died suddenly. The believers sent urgently for Peter. He cleared the room, knelt and prayed, then said: Tabitha, get up! She opened her eyes and sat up. Peter presented her alive to the believers and widows who had been weeping. Many believed in the Lord because of this miracle.
God raises those whose work is not yet finished. Dorcas was not famous or powerful — she was faithful and kind. She sewed clothes for widows. And God raised her because the community still needed her. Your faithfulness in hidden, humble service is noticed by God. He will not allow your work to be cut short before its time — and your return will bring many to faith!
Faithful servant — perhaps overlooked, perhaps unrecognised, perhaps feeling your best contribution is behind you — God sees every stitch you have sewn, every widow you have helped, every quiet act of service you have done. Your story is not finished. Your work has fruit still to come. Rise up! The community still needs what only you carry. ✝️
Lord, thank You that You see every hidden act of faithful service. Raise up in me anything that has grown cold or dormant. I still have work to do — stitch by stitch, person by person, act of kindness by act of kindness. Let my life bring many to faith in You. In Jesus' name, Amen!
Saul of Tarsus was the most zealous persecutor of the early church — arresting, imprisoning and consenting to the death of Christians. On the road to Damascus with letters to arrest more believers, a blinding light from heaven flashed around him. He fell to the ground and heard: Saul, Saul, why do you persecute Me? He said: Who are you, Lord? The reply: I am Jesus whom you are persecuting. He arose blind for three days, fasted and prayed — and became the greatest missionary and theologian in church history.
No one is too far gone, too hardened, too violent or too opposed to God for the grace of Jesus to reach. The man who was destroying the church became the man who built it across three continents. The man who held the coats of those stoning Stephen wrote the letters that would comfort the persecuted church for 2,000 years. Saul to Paul is the miracle of miracles — total transformation by an encounter with the risen Jesus!
Are you praying for someone who seems completely beyond hope — aggressively anti-Christian, deeply entrenched in wrong, seemingly hardened beyond reach? Paul was all of those things. Jesus stopped him on his own road to Damascus. Keep praying. God can stop anyone on any road at any moment. Your most unlikely candidate for salvation is one encounter with the risen Jesus away from becoming the greatest testimony you have ever witnessed! ✝️
