🔄 Revisions Policy
Each service includes the number of revision rounds listed above, at no extra cost. A "round" means one consolidated set of change requests submitted together. Additional revision rounds beyond what's included, or requests that significantly change the original brief, are billed separately — ask us for a quote before proceeding.
💳 Cancellations & Refunds — Custom Services
Custom design and writing services are different from our digital downloads, and the refund terms differ accordingly:
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom service; the balance is due on delivery of the final files.
- If you cancel before work has started, your deposit is refunded in full.
- If you cancel after work has begun, the deposit is retained to cover work completed; any additional payment already made beyond the deposit will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for work not yet delivered.
- Once final files have been delivered and approved, the service is considered complete and is non-refundable.

For custom, commissioned work (book covers, full book design, logos, custom invitations), full ownership of the final delivered files transfers to you upon full payment. You may use, adapt, and register these files as your own — this is separate from and does not apply to our pre-made designs and clipart collections, which remain governed by our Commercial Use Licence.
