- Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Digital Products (e.g., website design, thumbnails, business cards)
- Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
- However, if you face any issues with your digital order, please reach out to us at support@charlenz.shop, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
Physical Products (e.g., books, study accessories, household items)
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Some items are non-returnable:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Personal care, intimate, or sanitary items
Downloadable software or gift cards
Important: Affiliate and Supplier-Based Products
We do not stock or ship most physical items ourselves. If your purchase was made through one of our affiliate partners or third-party suppliers:
Do not send the product back to us.

We’ll coordinate with the supplier and provide the correct return instructions.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected (by the supplier or authorized party), we will notify you regarding your refund status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted.

Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit upon approved return.
Shipping Returns
If you’re instructed to return an item:
You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping cost (unless otherwise specified).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance—we cannot guarantee that we’ll receive your returned item.
